SILENT MEDITATION

1st and 3rd Sundays, 8:15-8:45 a.m. CHAPEL

Take a break from the headlong rush of your day with a period of silent contemplation in the company of your fellow human beings. Call it meditation, prayer, introspection, reflection or simply relaxation. Sit in a chair, lie on the floor, or impress people with your perfect full lotus. Bring a cushion, blanket, candle or just the clothes on your back.

This is an experience of utmost simplicity - no readings, no discussions, no facilitators, no homework. Attendance is not taken. You can come late. You can leave without penalty when you get bored. You are not required to think of something intelligent to say. There is only one requirement - your silent and respectful presence.

Your reward will be the silent and respectful presence of others. Please join us.
